At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. Once shipped, all sales are considered final. I have no control over any items once shipped. If you have concerns about your order please contact us. Any shipping delays or non-delivered items AFTER I've provided tracking it out of my hands, you'd have to contact them directly with your tracking number in hand. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders.
We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
SHIPPING RATES:
Instead of automatic calculated shipping rates, we have decided to charge a flat shipping rate to reduce the amount you have to pay at checkout.
