Craftee Prints Policies

Order Policy

All orders must be placed and paid in full before any work begins. No design proofs, mockups, or production will start until payment has been received.

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. Craftee Prints is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling, dates, colors, or uploaded images.


Production & Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary by product and season. Estimated turnaround times are listed on each product page and begin once payment is received and all required information has been provided.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved prior to purchase.


Custom Orders

Because all items are custom-made, design changes must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Customers will receive a proof when applicable. Approval of the proof confirms that all information is correct.


Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items unless an error was made by Craftee Prints.

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing. After the 2 hour mark, IF design work has begun you will be subject to a cancellation fee, which is usually cost of materials.


Shipping Policy

Shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Craftee Prints.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Craftee Prints is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Please submit a claim with the carrier. 

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any shipping issues after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Craftee Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will receive pickup instructions once their order is complete.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be discarded or donated without refund unless prior arrangements have been made.


Image & Copyright Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any images, logos, or copyrighted materials submitted for custom products.

Craftee Prints reserves the right to refuse any order that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.


Product Colors & Appearance

Actual product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings, printing processes, and material differences.

Minor variations in color, placement, and sizing are considered normal and are not grounds for a refund.


Customer Conduct

We value every customer and strive to provide excellent service. Harassment, abusive language, threats, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in order cancellation without refund.
